Some Condo 2 Rule Reminders

  1. Park your vehicle in your garage or carport. If you need storage space, there are many storage rental facilities near by. Garages and carports are to house your vehicle not for storage. 

  2. Any alterations, additions, landscaping, improvements, or modifications to either the interior of a unit (where required by the governing documents) or the common elements REQUIRE prior written approval from the Board through a Variance.

  3. Pick up after your pet. Do not put single waste bags in the common area trash bins. They get crushed by large household waste bags and burst open, making it unsanitary for the sanitation men. 

  4. Keep all pets on a leash

  5. Walk your pets on the main road. NOT INFRONT OF OWNERS UNITS​

  6. Nothing of a permanent nature maybe be attached to the outside of your unit. â€‹

Bears, Raccoons, Bob Cats and other animals

Effective Immediately, All owners are to bring their bird feeders and hummingbird feeders indoors. These types of items have been attracting all types of unwanted animals.

Decks and Patio's

Decks and Patio's are Owners responsibility to maintain and repair. All decks are to be painted to match the unit once the vinyl has been installed. Please call our management company if you are having issues matching the paint color to the vinyl. Fines will be issued to owners who do not comply.

Garage Doors

Once your vinyl has been installed, the board approved garage door MUST be purchased.Fines will be issued to owners who do not comply.
