Rules
Condominium living is built upon a foundation of shared interests and mutual responsibilities among unit owners, residents, renters, and the Board of Managers. Maintaining a harmonious and thriving community requires cooperation, consideration, respect, and open communication from everyone who calls Condominium 2 home.
As members of this community, we share a common goal: preserving and enhancing the value of our individual homes and the condominium as a whole. The appearance, maintenance, and reputation of Condominium 2—and Heritage Hills overall—depend on the collective efforts of all residents. Each person plays an important role in fostering an attractive, well-maintained, and welcoming environment.
To effectively manage these shared interests and responsibilities, a governing body is essential. The Board of Managers of Condominium 2 serves this purpose by overseeing the administration, maintenance, and preservation of our community. The Rules and Regulations contained herein have been developed from the original condominium documents and refined through more than three decades of experience at Heritage Hills. The Board is composed of fellow residents who volunteer their time and expertise to help ensure that Condominium 2 remains a beautiful, peaceful, and desirable place to live.
We hope that both unit owners and renters find this information informative and helpful. More importantly, we hope it serves as a reminder that we all share a responsibility to respect one another, contribute positively to our community, and uphold the high standards that make Condominium 2 a place we are proud to call home.
