The Board of Managers of Condominium 2 serves this purpose by overseeing the administration, maintenance, and preservation of our community. The Rules and Regulations contained herein have been developed from the original condominium documents and refined through more than three decades of experience at Heritage Hills. The Board is composed of fellow residents who volunteer their time and expertise to help ensure that Condominium 2 remains a beautiful, peaceful, and desirable place to live.
