To ensure both the nice presentation and the durability of our investment in the beautiful new siding, we ask that everyone abide by our Condo rules.

 

No articles are to be hung on outside walls or windows including but not limited to signs, shutters, lattice work, clothes lines, laundry, plastic covers, clothing, blankets, political flags, posters, flags, symbols, artwork, surveillance cameras, wall lighting, wall lanterns, or messaging. An American Flag is permitted.

 

Nothing of a permanent nature may be attached to the outside of the unit. Hanging baskets, wind chimes, etc. should not be overdone and are required to be removed before winter.

 

Unit Owners are NOT permitted to attach window boxes to the buildings or windowsills. All potted plants MUST be removed prior to winter and properly stored out of sight. Hanging plants must be removed prior to winter and properly disposed of.​
