Condo 2 Variance
If you are planning to renovate or make repairs to your unit, you are reminded to review the Rules and Regulations of this Association. All proposed contract work must be submitted to the Condo 2 Board of Managers for approval. In order for the Condo to grant approval to begin work, the following must be presented to the Management Office 30 days prior to scheduling the work. Since we all live in a community with attached units, even what may seem like minor renovations may affect our neighbors. Adhering to the rules protects everyone.
-
A Condo 2 variance
-
All appropriate permits as required by the Town of Somers for structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work
-

All work must be done in compliance with the Rules and Regulations of Condo 2 Association. Particular concerns are hours of work noise, disposal of debris, and the need to respect the surrounding residents. Any damage to condominium property will be the responsibility of the Homeowner and the cost of the repair or clean up shall be on the Homeowner.
Please forward your variance, along with all supporting documents and or permits to shmc27@optonline.net.
