It seems as time goes by, more and more, owners are purchasing pets. The number of dogs and cats has multiplied through the years. Owning a pet in a community such as ours comes with great responsibility. We have leash laws, waste rules, how you dispose of the waste rules, and loud noise rules. Let’s not forget common courtesy, which is not a rule, but we ask that our neighbors respect our surroundings.

Unit owners, renters, and guests are required to have their pets (all pets) always leashed. All pets are required to be housed inside the unit and are strictly forbidden to run freely through our property. Dogs MUST be licensed by the Town of Somers.​

 

Pet Owners are required to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of the waste. The waste must be placed in a sealed bag and placed IN your normal garbage container inside your home, then tied and sealed. Loose dropping bags being thrown into our community garbage bins is prohibited.

 

Any damage caused by a pet to Condo 2 Property is the sole responsibility of the unit owner.

 

We ask that pet owners walk their pets on the main roads and not in front of a neighbor’s home.

 

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine. Please be a responsible Pet Owner.
